The pleasure beach was within a short walking distance. Sea views were lovely during the day, and the illuminations at night were nice. I enjoyed a quiet night. Breakfast was a fantastic full English.
The WiFi signal on the second floor was sometimes weak.

The location was very close to the main attractions. Though the tram stop right across the road offered easy access to the town center. This made getting around very simple. Though the pleasure beach was only walking distance.

A full English breakfast included a huge portion, with everything one would expect. The breakfast service was prompt and attentive. I found the quality of the ingredients to be high. Though options were available.

the staff were very helpful. they assisted me when i had a flat tire. breakfast was superb and it set me up well for the day. early check-in at 1pm was a real advantage.
the chocolate advertised was not provided. the remote control lacked a back, batteries were exposed. curtains did not block light well and were not fitted properly. i caught my feet on the metal carpet guard across the floor.

Kaz, the owner, was very friendly! he helped with late check-in and offered a choice of rooms. i picked a top floor room. It had a good sea view, and waking up to it was very nice. the hotel sits on the promenade, very close to blackpool pleasure beach.

Kaz greeted me warmly upon arrival. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, I especially enjoyed the hash browns!!! The room was very comfortable. I slept soundly. Free parking was available and very convenient.

I found the owners very friendly. The minute i walked in, i felt comfortable. my room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable (i slept really well!). the breakfast was amazing, with a large selection of continental items and a huge full english. free parking out front was convenient. A tram stop right outside also made getting around easy.
The room was very hot. This was the only slight downside.
